The department advises the Provost and Medical Director on administrative
matters.
It ensures that the hospital’s policies are implemented.
It also ensures that government rules and regulations on administrative
processes are effectively put in place.
It recruits personne! for the day-to-day activities of the hospital
It co-ordinates the different activities of departments and units of the hospital
It ensures the welfare of members of staff as well as maintains discipline, a
peaceful industrial atmosphere and good neighbourliness with the immediate
community
