INTERNAL ADVERTISEMENT

The Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Aro, Abeokuta hereby invites all interested, qualified and reputable Drug Companies/Pharmaceutical Stores to tender the following Statutory Documents (alongside the Bidding Documents) for consideration and approval:

 (1)    Company’s Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C.);

 (2)    Company’s Current Tax Clearance Certificate;

(3)     Company’s Valued Added Tax (VAT) Certificate;

(4)    Company’s Memorandum/Article of Association;

(5)     Current Practicing License;

(6)     Current Certificate of Retention of Premises;

(7)     Evidence of Registration on the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) National Database of         

          Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers;

(8)     Evidence of payment of Annual Registration fee;

(9)     Any other additional information that may enhance the Company’s submission.

Note:  Requirements 1-8 is compulsory, the absence of any automatically disqualifies the Bidder.

MODE OF SUBMISSION

(a)    Bidding Documents in respect of the required Drugs are available for collection at the Procurement   

        Unit;

(b)    The submission must include a covering letter written on the Company’s official letterhead titled –    

        “TENDER DOCUMENTS FOR THE EMERGENCY SUPPLY OF DRUGS”

(c)    The Bid must be addressed as stated below:

OGUN STATE.

(d) The submission must be made to the Office of the Provost and Medical Director within one (1) week i.e. on/before Wednesday, 19th February, 2025 by 12:00Noon.
