RE-APPOINTMENT OF DR. AGBOOLA AKANNI AFIS AS MEDICAL DIRECTOR FEDERAL NEUROPSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL ARO ABEOKUTA

The President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR,  has approved the re-appointment of  Dr. Agboola Akanni Afis, as Substantive Medical Director of Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital Aro Abeokuta

for a Second and Final Term of 4 Years with effect from 27th July, 2024, vide letter Ref. No. PRES/81/SGF/138/90/MH/8 dated 24th October, 2024.

The President who was represented by the Honourable Minister of State for Health Dr. Tunji Alausa, while  congratulating him on his appointment said; it his expectation that he works harder to ensure that the centre continues to provide quality healthcare and that he also improve upon his first term achievements.
