Rental Services Sub-Committee

The Rental Services Committee was created under the umbrella of Aro Coneil
This
Committee was inaugurated on 22nd July, 2002 by the Provost and Medical Di Director
under the chairmanship of Mrs. E. M. Adenuga, the Assistant Director (Social Worke
with seven other members across various departments in the hospital
The committee was set-up with the underlisted terms of reference:
To provide cafeteria and rental services to members of staff and the public.
To consider other avenues for generating revenue in cafeteria and rental services
To carry out any other assignment by the hospital authorities from time to
time.
At inception, the Committee was provided with the following: Hospital Cafeteria
Hall, plastic chairs, Iron tables, table covers, big & small canopies, plates, cutleries,
glass cups and mugs, podium and red carpet, decorations of cafeteria hall.
All these items are rented out to staff and the general public at moderate and affordabie
charges.
Bookings are made in advance to the accounts department before service is rendered
accordingy.
Guest House Sub-Committee
The Guest house is a sub-committee of Aro Consult and it operates a 24 hour servie
It is fully commercialized and consists of:
Guest Chalets: consists of 5 air-conditioned rooms with full facilities.
Annex Suite: consists of 2 well equipped rooms with large sitting/ dinning ro
VIGuest House: The V.lI.P guest lodge has four (4) rooms, each well equipped
wItn colour television sets, DSTV, intercom, dinning room and a kitcnenette.
